Define Control. Discuss the importance of Control in organizational system also explain the elements of control. Meaning and Definitions of Control

Control is necessary function to make all other managerial functions effective. Its ensures that the corporate goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. Controlling is the process that the corporate goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. Controlling is the process by which management regulates that work activities according to designed plans, policies, procedures and programs so as to ensure the accomplishment of the organizational resources and people in a direction leading to organizational goals.

Henri Fayol
