Subject : Need for the opening of Girls College

Sir,

Through your esteemed newspaper, I would like to attract the attention of the official authorities towards the opening of girls college in our city.

In our city, there is no Girls College. The girls of our city are getting admission in the colleges of those cities which are far away from our city. In this way they are facing many problems. Firstly, they are facing the problem of pick and drop. They travel by vans and in this way they are misbehaved by the conductors and some vagabonds. Secondly, some parents cannot afford to send their daughters to the colleges of other cities. Thirdly, some parents are terrified about the present environment. Moreover, most of them are purda observing people. So they do not send their daughters to the other cities for education.

The main solution of these all problems is very easy and that is the opening of a degree college in our city. In this way the girls will be able to get education at their door step. Their parents will also send them without any fear of mishap.

There is no doubt that the present government is giving great importance to the education for women. Women are majority of the population. They are working with men in every field of life. It is a modern age of technology. We cannot keep our girls uneducated. It is hoped that the minister of education will solve this problem for the benefit of future generation.

Yours truly,

X.Y.Z.
